There is possibly no better expert on the attraction of Lake Tahoe than I. I came to Incline Village on vacation some 35 years ago and never left. Having won my heart, I decided to remain in this year round paradise almost at the very minute I arrived.

A day of clarity in my life was when I chose Lake Tahoe as my home. Perhaps it chose me, I'm not sure. I do remember the breath taking vistas, the awesome skiing, the Lake that changes with each day from smooth as glass to a tumultuous movement of water batting 6 foot waves into the rock and sandy shores.

The glorious days kayaking, snow skiing, hiking, running, biking, snowshoeing; all within walking distance from where I reside. We are so fortunate to live where the sun shines most of the year and the weather is considered mild by any comparison. The summer months generally are in the 70's or 80's. The winters are so mild, often times a light fleece jacket is enough to keep you comfy during the day hours.

35 years later, Lake Tahoe still takes my breath away. Living at Lake Tahoe is living the good life.

My real estate career was a natural progression from designing, constructing and selling investment property on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe.
