70 YEARS OF COMBINED LIVING AT LAKE TAHOE.  This is an exciting time for Mike Croke and myself.  We’re embarking on a powerful mission to share with our clients our deep understanding of Lake Tahoe and Incline Village.  YES, that would be the same Mike Croke  from Village Ski Loft fame!  At one time or another, anyone and everyone visiting or living in Incline Village has been to the Village Ski Loft and subsequently met Mike. He has, along with his partner Steve Hand,  worked the Loft long and hard, achieving greatness; making the Loft one of the most successful small business enterprises in Incline Village. With a great staff in place, Mike found himself with some free time on his hands. He has decided to use his same level of commitment evidenced by the success of the Loft towards real estate.  He’s bringing to his new enterprise the same level of  dedication, caring and focus that everyone has come to know and appreciate at the Ski Loft. Only now in addition to overseeing the store, Mike and I, as partners, will be assisting clients in their real estate transactions. Nothing changes but change itself.  Mike and I realized collectively we’ve lived at Lake Tahoe for well over 70 years. Raised our families, enjoyed days, months, years playing in this wonderland we’re so blessed to call home. Who better qualified to be the source of what’s awesome about this paradise then two Tahoe pioneers.  We’re willing and ready to see the beauty that’s right out our doorsteps.  Literally! Seems that qualifies us as a reliable source for just about anything you would want to know about our Lake in the Sky Paradise.  Our attraction to Lake Tahoe and all it has to offer is only equaled by our willingness to share the beauty with everyone who is willing to take a look.  We know the area, we know  how breathtakingly beautiful it is here.  That’s why we chose to live here.  We are firmly planted in the belief that Lake Tahoe is totally unique.  We’ve both raised our families here, made lasting friendships, enjoyed skiing, (of course), water sports, hiking and my latest love, mountain biking, all of our lives. Mike manages to play his favorite summer activity, tennis, just about every afternoon at our incredible Incline Village Recreation Center Tennis Complex; nestled amongst the beautiful pine trees and within close walking distance to the Lake.  What a way to spend the afternoon!  As the seasons change and the leaves turn, we’re looking forward to our first snowfall of the season and great skiing ahead.  Come join us on a “bluebird day” on the slopes enjoying all the beauty of this wonderful place.
