Sep 7th 2009 EXPERIENCE REAL TAHOE LIVING

Mike and I have a new listing located  between Incline Village’s two pristine golf courses. Is golf your life?  Wouldn’t you love to be 5 minutes away from the driving range or club house?  Would you like to live at one of the finest mountain communities at Lake Tahoe in an meticulously kept home.? If you answered yes to any of these questions, take a look at this.  Open living area along with master bedroom all on one level.  Large master bath with oversized Jacuzzi, walk in closet with entry from both the bathroom and the bedroom.  The floor in both the living and dining areas has 7" wide ash planks which nicely accents the clean lines of this open ceiling living area.  The large architecturally pleasing window designs allow the outdoors in for that "know you’re at Tahoe view".   It’s quite a lovely sight both summer and winter.

The home has all the bells and whistles with built-in sound system throughout, family room down stairs, great zero maintenance landscaping, huge oversized hot tub on the very private patio.  The 3 gas fireplaces located in the master bedroom, family room and living room add even more ambiance to this outstanding home.  Hydronic  heating system makes this home very clean and comfortable throughout the winter season.  Hydronic in-floor heating provides quiet, efficient, clean, even, heat throughout.   No noise, no dust, no drying air.  It truly adds to the charm and many conveniences this home offers.

It’s located at 859 Golfers Pass and we would love to show it to you.  Give me a call 775 742-1499 if you would like to see it or have any questions regarding this "looks like new" property. The link provided here will take you directly to the MLS listing with more information. Click on the address:  859 GOLFERS PASS ROAD, INCLINE VILLAGE, NV

Sep 7th 2009 SUMMERTIME, SUMMERTIME AND THE LIVIN’ IS EASY!

There are songs that transplant you to a sunny beach somewhere where there are drinks with umbrellas, tanned bodies and the feeling of warm sun on your skin.  The Beach boys come to mind.  All about Surfin in the California sun, Fun, Fun, Fun, Hot fun in Summertime and the list goes on and on.
Another song that gets my summer juices flowing is George Harrison’s "Here Comes The Sun".  Per Wikipedia, George (Clapton) acoustic guitars and wrote "Here Comes the Sun’". The song talks of a long, cold, lonely winter, but here comes the sun!
Shedding the parkas, the long pants, the sweaters, scarves and hats.  It’s summer and the livin’ is easy comes to mind.  But, oh no, it’s time to shed the LBS too.  Come on, you know you have to do it………..hop on the scale and see what the winter left.  Ah, a few LBS you say.  No worries!  Spring is a time of new beginnings. How fitting that you should begin a new path; one of healthy choices.  Moving the body is much easier when you can go outside, breathe the fresh air, walk the dogs, jog a bit, take a hike, ride a bike.  The list is endless!  Find what excites you and go for it.  Do something everyday!  Your choice lies in what you choose to do, not that you choose to not do it.  If you’ve really vegetated this winter, start slowly and build up both in time and challenges.  Make it easy at first so your not disappointed in your performance.   Make sure you can finish what you start by not setting yourself up for failure.  This coupled with healthy eating choices, (watch the portion control) will get you to where you want to be.  Don’t worry, be happy!   Remember that song by Bobby McFerrin (Who?)

Not a song but can be just as powerful     Nike’s   JUST DO IT!
